PASSION 8 CATERERS

Passion8 Caterers was formed by Mark Clarke, who has over 30 years’ experience in the catering industry. Mark’s journey started as a chef working at various hotels and restaurants in the Belgravia area of London, before switching to directors dining rooms in the city with various blue chip companies such as Coopers and Lybrand, C E Heaths and Merrill Lynch to name a few.

WHAT WE DO

At Passion8 we cater for all occasions, from formal dining, weddings and celebrations to conferences and meetings. Our philosophy is to offer a bespoke tailored service and exceed every client’s expectation of their event.

MORE THAN JUST A CATERER

Passion8’s events team is led by our operations manager Winnie Akyeampong, who fully understands the needs of giving clients a bespoke service and giving them peace of mind with her attention to detail.  At the initial enquiry stage your personal account executive will establish your requirements and provide a variety of options tailored to your budget.  They will be on hand to answer any questions that you may have and will carry out a post event review to ensure that you are truly satisfied with our service.

We are passionate about using locally grown produce, locally sourced meats and locally sourced seafood wherever possible, which shows in our deliciously fresh seasonal menu choices.
